1. Airport Transfers, Sightseeing Tours & Pick and Drop only:
All cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance prior to your booking date will not incur any penalty charge. We will refund you the full amount* if you paid in advance via our website. We will not charge you anything additional if your flight is cancelled, delayed or re-scheduled for another day. Kindly shoot us an email on contact@taxiservicemauritius.com at least 12 hours in advance if there are any changes in the timings if possible.

2. Activities & Tours
All cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the booking date will not incur any penalty charge. A 100% cancellation fee will be implemented if the booking is canceled later than 48 hours before the activity.

This tour offers several water sports activities such as UnderSeaWalk & Parasailing at an additional fee per person that can be pre-booked via our website to avoid the queues for watersports on the island. Also benefit from lower rates for watersport activities on our website as compared to the rates being offered on the spot at ile aux cerfs. Please make advanced reservations for the busiest times.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS
Choose your comfort. We provide reliable, safe & friendly transportation services from your hotel/residence to the embarkation point in Trou d'eau douce & back in the afternoon, around 05:00 pm. Our fleet consists of standard cars, minivans, executive buses, SUVs & luxury cars. Please find the prices for each vehicle below. Note that the price of transport is per vehicle, not per person.

An advance payment will be required at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability & should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We will refund you the full amount within 24 hours in case there is no availability on the day you have chosen.
