What is the process of registering?
It is very simple. All you need to do is enter your email id, phone number and name and you will be auto registered. You may later edit your profile, add your address and much more.
Do I have to register to make a reservation?
No, you don’t need to create an account to make a reservation, although registering will save you time on each visit and you will benefit from special promotions and deals sent to you in an optional newsletter.

Booking Process

Can I Make a booking over the phone?
Yes, you may contact us at +966557555496 Call/Whatsapp and our customer service representative will be more than happy to assist you with bookings, be it for a hotel, a holiday, sight-seeing or just your routine airport transfers.
Can I book without email address?
If you do not have one, please contact our customer services team who will be glad to make a reservation on your behalf.
Do I need to reconfirm my booking?
No. After you’ve booked your flight or hotel, you do not need to reconfirm it. Once you complete your booking, we will email you the details of your confirmed reservation. This email will have your booking information. If you have any questions related to your booking before your departure please contact our customer services team who will be happy to help.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking process, the confirmation page appears. This page shows all your reservation details, including the confirmation number. We also send you a confirmation email and voucher with all your booking information.
I have made a booking but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
Please check your inbox and the spam/junk folders carefully of the email address you provided when making the booking. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer support team and we will gladly help you out.

How does Traveltalez find the best prices for flights?

What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that contains all the information shown on a paper ticket (or itinerary) but is stored as an electronic record in the airline's computer system. When the e-ticket has been issued, the passenger needs to print out their ticket/itinerary with the booking reference shown. At the departure airport, the passenger goes straight to the airline check-in desk.
Should I check-in online?
Online check-in allows you to save time at the airport by checking in via the airline's website. Please note that online check-in is not supported by all airlines.
What do I do if my name is misspelled on the booking?
Most airlines allow for minor corrections to misspelt names (e.g. Mohammed/Mohamad, Ali/Aly), but do not allow name changes to the travellers originally booked. If there is a spelling mistake, we can ask the airline for a name correction. The final approval comes from the airline. Kindly make sure you always enter the correct name as mentioned on your passport in order to avoid any inconvenience.
How do I transfer my booking?
Airlines do not allow you to transfer your airline tickets to another traveller, you must cancel your original reservation and book a brand new ticket following the airlines rules and regulations.
What do I do if I miss my flight?
Unfortunately, if you missed your flight there is no refund and you will have to book a new flight. Some airlines, however, may permit you to pay the difference and be on standby for the next available flight (with an applicable penalty fee). We suggest you contact your travel agent as soon as you see a possibility of a delay on your way to the airport to assist you with changes to your booking (a missed flight penalty fee may be applicable)
Can I make reservation for more than 9 passenegers in the same booking
It is not possible to book for more than 9 people at the same time. BUT you can make two separate reservations on the website. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that there will still be seats available when you make the second reservation as you might have grabbed the last seats with your first booking. If you need any further assistance please call our customer support team.
How do I find the best flight deals on Traveltalez?

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Your booking can only be confirmed once your payment has been processed to one of our flights booking providers. We will send you a 'booking confirmation' e-mail to your address that you have entered during your booking process.

Hotel Policies

How do I search for my ideal hotel?
Scanning hundreds of booking sites, traveltalez compares millions of hotel prices to make your search easier. Use our filter menu to narrow your search. This will help you find something that is just right for you. Once you have found your ideal hotel, click on the deal and you will be redirected to the booking site to make your reservation.
Do I need to carry some document to the hotel while checking in?
Yes, you will be required to carry the hotel voucher at the time of check-in along with a valid photo ID which should be your passport copy.
Can I check out of the hotel before the planned date?
Yes, you may certainly check-out of the hotel before the planned check-out date. However, there may be certain cancellation charges that will be charged as per hotel policy
Is breakfast included in my hotel reservation?
All the inclusions like meal plans, etc. are shown at the time of booking. Various hotels provide separate rates for room only or room with breakfast. will show you both the options, in case available. You are requested to choose the option of your choice and make your booking.
Can I search by price?
Yes! Search as usual for a destination with your travel dates. Once you have your search results, sort the results by 'price'.
How do I find suitable accommodation for my family?
When entering your destination in the search box, you can indicate the number of guests (adults and children) you are travelling with. The results shown will then be limited to those that match your specific requirements.
What about that Wifi?
Want to be connected like a pro during your entire stay? Select the ‘WiFi’ filter under “More filters” on the right-hand side and explore the endless hotel options.
How are the prices of deals displayed on traveltalez?
On traveltalez, we like to give you plenty of options. On our results page, you will see the total price listed per hotel. The price shown is the net rate and does not include any additional taxes or fees. You can view the full price breakdown on the booking site that is offering the deal. Just go on our website and click on the deal listed. You will be redirected to the booking site.
Where is my booking confirmation?
If your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours for the booking site to send the booking confirmation. We would love to be able to provide that information but as bookings are not made directly with traveltalez, we do not have access to your booking information. It is always best to speak to the booking site directly.
Who do I contact to cancel or modify my booking?
To cancel or change your booking, it is always best to speak to the booking site directly. Can't remember whom you booked with? You can find the travel provider's name on your confirmation email.
